What our time together looks like

Over three months, we’ll meet for 12 deep, private sessions — held by both Silvia and Kwonyin throughout the entire journey.

Each session offers up to three hours of spacious, focused 2:1 support, with ongoing text check-ins between sessions to support what continues to unfold.

The journey includes:

Up to 3 hours together per session
